Hi, i'm Mark!
I am an ex. Marathon runner, who still runs regularly today. I played a lot of football in my younger days, and have been in and out of gyms, and gym classes all my life. Having also completed many online fitness programmes, I am in a good position to give a well-rounded overview of fitness in general. I am level 3 PT qualified, level 3 GP Referral qualified, DBS checked and fully insured. I am also currently undertaking further qualifications to enhance my fitness skills and outlook.
I am also the proud sponsor of Deanshanger Athletics Ladies Football Team! I’ve been working with DAFC, helping them to build their fitness levels and improve their stamina off and on the pitch and am delighted to be sponsoring them and continuing our hard work. Visit their website.
